Smoking Policy

• No smoking, vaping, hookah or 420 indoors.
• Pls be Extra cautious if smoking outdoor, and cause NO smoking hazard

Pet Policy

• Pet fee of $120 fee per pet per reservation
• Only 2 small pets less than 40-45 lbs and crate-trained are allowed in the property
• Pet owners are required to disclose at the time of reservation or soon immediately afterward
• Pets are Not allowed on any beds, hot tub, any furniture
• Be cautious of the presence of wild animals and keep an eye on your pets.
• Property management or homeowner takes no liability for any damages caused to the pets, and the security deposit will be forfeited if there are damages or mess created by the pets.

In-Law Bedroom

• House features a separate In-Law bedroom, with two queen beds, dedicated workspace, internet access, TV, and room darkening shades
• Outdoor porch with seats and a beautiful view
• Comes with its own strong AC cooling/heating

Other House Policy

• Parties or events are strictly prohibited.
• Outdoor quiet hours start at 9PM
• Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted.
• For liability reasons, package deliveries to the home are NOT allowed. Please arrange delivery to a nearby pick-up centre or post office.

• Hikes outside the Gate (highly recommended, no reservation needed)
• Lewis Creek Trail -5.8 miles driving to the trailhead.
• If you veer to the left of the fork, it is 1 - 2 hours (Red Rock Falls)
• If you go to the right, it is 15 - 30 minutes (Corlieu Falls)
• Willow Creek Trail is 4.6 miles driving to the trailhead.
