Queen Anne Style Garden Villa at Bass Lake Heights

I forgot my good watch on the property it’s a women’s watch could you please confirm and send it back to me? Positive: Location, house was very comfortable Negative: The house wasn’t clean clean It was very organized but not mopped or dusted

The location was not advertised well. Said it was 2min from the lake which was a lie. The house was dirty on the outside Positive: Big house, and very roomy. Basement was awesome. Negative: It’s not as close to the lake as advertised.

Cabin Gateaway if AC was working would to stay again Positive: Our group stayed from May 30-June 1st.The location was incredible and a really short drive to Bass Lake! We saw dear on morning strolls and backyard was lovely at night to watch the sunset and stargaze. The hot tub was lovely and the property manager Lisa was very helpful and attentive. They did try to make up for having no AC during a heatwave which we appreciated. Negative: I would have rated this stay higher if it weren’t for the AC being broken and screen on the back door needing repair. The property inspector Lisa was really responsive and their general contractor Brett was helpful. However the management property company sugar pines weren't as responsive and trying to get a refund was delayed. However they are repairing the unit and it should be resolved for the next guests :) They did try to move us to another house it didn’t make sense with the short visit and the downsize of the properties moving a 4 room unit to 3 bedroom and only 10 hours left in on our journey.
